  • We work with Canadian agencies, consultants, therapy practices, wellness firms, and professional service businesses doing $100K or more in revenue. If you're growing and your finances feel like they're falling behind, we're probably a good fit.

  • Our four core services are bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll processing, and GST/HST sales tax filing. We keep our focus narrow so we do these things really well, and so you have one trusted team handling the financial side of your business.

  • 100% virtual. We work with clients across Canada. If you've never worked with a virtual bookkeeping team before, we walk you through the whole process until you're comfortable. It's simpler than most people expect.

  • Pricing depends on your transaction volume and the level of support you need. We put together a custom scope after a discovery call and audit of your current records, then give you a clear number before anything is signed.

  • Once your contract is signed and we have the access we need, we can typically start the same week. If your books need a historical clean-up first, we'll let you know upfront and work through that before moving to monthly service.

  • Yes. We provide access to discounted accounting software pricing for all our clients. We'll walk you through what's needed for your business before we get started.

  • We use Dext for receipt capture and document management, and your Dext subscription is included in your monthly retainer. You simply upload receipts through the app and we handle the rest. No more shoeboxes or lost invoices.

  • A bookkeeper maintains your day-to-day financial records — transactions, reconciliations, payroll, and tax filings. An accountant typically handles year-end tax returns, financial statements, and strategic tax planning. You need both, and we work alongside your accountant so everyone has what they need.

  • Most businesses benefit from professional bookkeeping once they hit $75K to $100K in revenue, have employees or contractors, are registered for GST/HST, or find themselves spending more than a few hours a month managing their own books. If any of those apply to you, it's probably time.

  • In Canada, you're required to register for GST/HST once your business revenue exceeds $30,000 in a single calendar quarter or over four consecutive quarters. Some businesses register voluntarily before that threshold. If you're not sure whether you need to register, we can help you figure that out.

  • Every client is assigned a dedicated lead bookkeeper and a support bookkeeper on their account. That means two people know your business inside and out. If one is unavailable, the other has you covered. You get continuity and consistency, not a revolving door.
